Justin Bieber's Believe tour has been STUFFED with controversy and
eyebrow- raising moves, but rather than LEARN from his mistakes, it
seems Biebsy is fated to repeat them, as he showed up THREE HOURS LATE
to his Friday afternoon concert in Dortmund Germany! And seeing as
MANY of Justin's fans are quite young, some were forced to leave
because the show ended at a later hour than previously promised.
