fan Avalanna Routh broke the hearts of Beliebers everywhere. Now her
mother Aileen is working to make sure no child ever has to die from
the atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumour, or ATRT, that took her
daughter. So to help Aileen raise money for a cure, the Biebs is
donating his time and his fame, promising to meet the fan that can
raise the most money!
